HI, good results so far. I'm curious, how did you determine the slope of your 'predicted' weight loss in your graph? is this based on any reference material you can share here? Also did you consult any other sources other than the Horizon episode? thanks

ReplyDeleteHi Isambard. The desired weight loss line is simply 2 lbs per week. However, the graph uses kgs instead of lbs.
