Week 2 Results

Here are my results after 2 weeks on the 5/2 fasting diet.

Sorry ladies - there will be no more topless photos of me until the end of the 12 weeks ;)




Here is a graph of my progress so far (weight in kg).




This week there will be less late night snacking and I'll be doing more exercise too!

  1. HI, good results so far. I'm curious, how did you determine the slope of your 'predicted' weight loss in your graph? is this based on any reference material you can share here? Also did you consult any other sources other than the Horizon episode? thanks

  2. Hi Isambard. The desired weight loss line is simply 2 lbs per week. However, the graph uses kgs instead of lbs.
